1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to SaaS subscription payments unless a separate agreement states otherwise. We provide prorated refunds based on the unused portion of the paid subscription period.

2. Prorated refund rules

We calculate refunds based on the unused time in the billing period using the following billing-period day counts:

  • Weekly plans: 7 days
  • Monthly plans: 30 days
  • Quarterly plans: 90 days
  • 6-month plans: 180 days
  • Annual plans: 365 days

Formula: Refund = Price Paid × (Unused Days ÷ Total Days in Billing Period)

3. Example

If a customer purchases a monthly plan priced at €30 and requests a refund after 10 days of use, the unused time is 20 days. The refund is €30 × (20/30) = €20.

4. How to request a refund

Email info@applianz.ee from the email associated with your account and include your account email, plan/payment date, and (optionally) the reason for your request.

5. Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.

6. Exclusions

  • Custom development services: milestone-based fees may be non-refundable unless the relevant SOW/order form states otherwise.
  • Policy violations and abuse: we may refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or material breach of our Terms.
  • Taxes: refunds follow the original invoice structure and applicable tax rules.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date will be revised on this page.
